Most photos work nicely when put into a Stanhope pendant. But some work better than others.

Remember's pendants are inspired by the original Stanhopes, a popular nineteenth-century keepsake invented in 1860 by the French photographer René Dagron.

• The pendants were designed in London by Remember and Edward Fleming Jewellery.
• They are cast in Leicester by Vipa Designs.
• The Stanhope lenses are made by me, Ollie, in Remember's Cambridge workshop.

I recommend ordering a magnetic clasp if you find it hard to put on necklaces.

Warnings:

• Magnetic fields can affect the function of pacemakers or other implanted electronic medical devices.
• Take care around small children, who may try to swallow the magnetic clasp. 

• I offer free delivery on all my necklaces. 
• It takes me four weeks to make a Stanhope. It may take an additional week or two if the pendant is made from 9ct yellow gold.
